I’m Megan Williams, a 21 year old elite BMX racer from Rotorua, NZ. I started BMX when I was 7 years old and it was love at first ride! Since then I’ve been racing domestically and internationally in pursuit of becoming a world-class racer while creating life-long friends along the way. For the last three years I’ve competed on the world circuit, with a highlight being my bronze medal in under-23 at the world championships in 2023. Now I have my sights firmly set on the 2028 LA Olympic Games which means the upcoming three years I will being doing everything in my power to qualify and develop to be the best I can on race day.
